Do you have insurance?

Absolutely! I have professional insurance to operate as a qualified Health Coach. I have Professional Liability up to £6,000,000 & Public Liability up to £6,000,000. Policy Number: ZUR-ANP/23/11/651

Do you only work online or in person too?

Most of my work is carried out online, however I do have availability to work in person if you are local to me; spaces for 121 in person sessions are limited though so please contact me to discuss!

Do I have to print the workbook myself?

The workbook is around 30 pages; you will find it a fabulous tool for our coaching. I will send it to you so you can download it for you to print at home. However, if you do not have access to a printer and would prefer a partially bound copy, I can send you your beautiful Workbook by post for a small fee!

What if I don’t see the results I was expecting?

We will discuss your expectations when we begin. We will also continuously review as we progress to make sure you are on track to achieving your goals. As with all things in life, I can guide you and teach you: you have the power to make the changes you want & need……my job is to show you how to access that power!
